Massage helps with edema/swelling.  Lymphatic massage is a gentle moving of the toxins through the lymphatic system to flush them out of the body.  Following surgery lymphatic massage helps the body process toxins, this reduces swelling.

Massage helps heal problems caused from Whiplash and other muscle strains.  Gentle release of spasming muscles and knots in muscle fibers, along with slow and gentle stretching techniques offer relief from pain.

Headaches are often caused from taunt muscles, once released pain can be eliminated.

Diseases such as Fibromyalgia can also be helped with regular massage, in combination with, excercise and proper diet.  Many people live with daily pain, this can be helped and possibly reversed through regular treatments.
